An email will advise you of the reception of your quotation request by our customer service.
Our customer service send you an offer by email, as soon as possible.
As soon as it's received, you can go to the "My Quotation requests" section of your web account to "accept" or "refuse" the offer. Once you have accepted the offer, you can conclude your order until the payment.
If you cannot decide straight away, click on "Validate this quotation later" to save it in the "My quotation requests" section.
