Our warranties

All our products have a minimum 1 year warranty, with the exception of consumable products (stationery and Arts and Crafts items…), items with a best before date and in the event of a fault or breakage even though the product has been used correctly.

20 days to consider whether you are completely satisfied!

In the event of damage during transit, you have 3 working days following receipt of your parcel to notify the carrier by registered letter. If you are disappointed with an item, or if you made a mistake when ordering, you have 7 days following receipt to inform us in writing and to request an exchange, a credit note or a refund. For your convenience, Wesco extends this period to 20 days. All you have to do is return the item in its original state, at your expense and in its original packaging.

How can I return it?

You have a Wesco customer account
If you have created an account on our website, you can make a return request directly from your online customer account :

    1. Log into your account
      In your customer account, get to “My online orders” section.
      Choose the relevant order and click onto "Return a product" at the bottom of the page.

    2. Fill the form in
      Please indicate the item(s) that you wish to return and the reasons.

    3. Send the parcel back to Wesco.
      Print the return slip, place it in the parcel and follow the instructions indicated to send us the parcel.
You do not have a Wesco customer account
If you placed your order online without creating a customer account, please download the return form.
Please fill it and prepare your parcel inserting it inside.

Caution : the product is returned at, your expense, intact and in its original packaging.The parcel must include the printed return form.
