Specialist's opinion
On the floor (on the early learning mat), position the arch closer to baby's lower body (at navel level or even below). This will encourage them to look at their feet and help them to start rolling. Baby will gradually grab their feet with their hands, roll up their pelvis and bring their whole body together. They then rock from left to right until they manage to roll over onto their tummy.
