Inspired by the Pilates ball, this seat is designed to keep the back straight and strengthen the back and abdominal area. The Pilates Air Seat has the same effect as the Pilates ball. It forces the body to "focus on sitting", actively strengthening and maintaining the muscle groups in the back and hips while in a seated position. The Pilates Air Seat School model has pads instead of wheels and a 440 mm plastic base. It’s covered with a 3D fabric and features a release ring for seat height adjustment. The stool comes with an air pump to adjust the air content of the cushion.
