You need:

• On the faux leather paper, trace according to the template to download: a large rectangle of 16 cm x 6 cm.
• Inside this rectangle, trace:
• A line 0.7 cm from the edge. This gives you a rectangle of 6 x 0.7 cm.
• A line 1.5 cm from the top edge, along the entire length. This gives you a rectangle of 15.3 x 1.5 cm.
• Adjacent to the 6 x 0.7 cm rectangle, a rectangle of 4.5 x 2.3 cm (indicated as 1 on the template).
• An inclined line starting 2 cm from the bottom. This creates a triangle (indicated as 2 on the template).
• Then draw a line every 0.5 cm until the initial rectangle is filled (in blue on the template).
• Cut out the gray areas (1 and 2): we won't be using them. Also, cut along the fringe lines (blue dashed lines).
• You will obtain two pieces:
• A small rectangle of 0.7 x 6 cm.
• A piece with fringes.
• Apply glue to the entire top part.
• Attach the 0.7 cm x 6 cm rectangle by folding it in half to form the loop.
• Roll the entire width onto itself.
