The game is played on a 5 x 8 m pitch. The 2 teams line up facing each other behind a 5 m line. The aim of the game is to knock out all of the other team's kubbs by throwing the sticks. When team A knocks out one of team B's kubbs, team B must throw this kubb into the first half of team A's pitch. This kubb now belongs to team A. Team B must now try to knock out this kubb. If they fail, team A can move up to this kubb and try again to knock out team B's other kubbs. Once a team has won all of the opposition's kubbs, they must knock out the king in order to win the game. If the king is knocked out before the kubbs, that team loses.
A traditional, team-based Scandinavian bowling game. The aim of the game is to knock over all of the other team's kubbs, using the sticks provided. Once you have knocked over all of the other team's kubbs, you then need to knock over the king. .
