Description

Follows the national school curriculum!
Introduction to STEM!

The use of a programmable robot teaches:
- self-correction of errors
- analytic reasoning
- logic (“If”, “then”)
- team work
- calculating distances
- spatial awareness
- planning

With Botley the Robot, children will familiarise themselves with STEM learning. They explore the first concepts of coding and programming such as “If/Then” logic and spatial concepts. Using the remote control, children programme the robot to perform a sequence of steps while avoiding obstacles, manoeuvres and moving objects. The robot has a sensor underneath allowing it to follow a black line created with the included “circuit boards”. Botley the Robot can record and reproduce a sequence of 80 commands in a row!
